Step into a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery with me!

With a Master’s in Professional Counseling and over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with an array of diagnoses.  I am specially trained to work with anxiety and depression, OCD and people suffering from tendencies towards people-pleasing and perfectionism. I work with adults as well as adolescents.  I am also a certified eating disorder specialist specializing in anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, and other unhelpful eating patterns. 

I have a deep passion for guiding individuals through the intricate paths of recovery. In all of my work I aim to offer hope and guidance toward resilience and lasting recovery.  

I’m deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth. 

I’m passionate about exploring new discoveries in the field and have a keen interest in the science behind treatment approaches. My dedication to ongoing education not only helps me stay current but also enables me to guide others effectively in the field. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and approved consultant through IAEDP, I take part in continuing education through the IAEDP conference and the Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight conference, focusing on enhancing body image, mind/body connection, and integrating physical activity into recovery.

My path to becoming a mental health provider was unexpected and transformative. 

When I took my first job in mental health it was instantly clear that this was my true calling. After my graduate studies in counseling, my work on an eating disorder unit revealed the damaging effects of cultural perfectionism on mental health. This fueled my passion for helping others embrace self-acceptance. I’ve worked across various settings, from inpatient to outpatient, and now specialize in treating eating disorders and OCD with training in CBT, DBT, RO DBT, and EFFT.

My goal is to help all individuals find beauty and worth in their lives again.
